
Floating Assistant Teacher - Preschool Fall 2026 (two positions open)
The Assistant Teacher will work as part of a teaching team with preschoolers in either the Puffins and Cardinals Classrooms or the Hummingbirds and Orioles classrooms to ensure high quality care and education. The right candidates will be high energy and have the ability to work well with others (staff, children, and parents) and to foster a team environment. They must clear a full background check and must pass health screening, be able to lift 30 lbs. and move freely around a typical classroom in order to safely supervise the children at all times. This position is full time (35-40 hours), Monday to Friday.

Classroom Aide - Preschool Fall 2026
The Classroom Aide will work with all Preschool classrooms at the Center as part of a team to ensure high quality care and education. The right candidates will be high energy and have the ability to work well with others (staff, children, and parents) and to foster a team environment. They must clear a full background check and must pass health screening, be able to lift 30 lbs. and move freely around a typical classroom in order to safely supervise the children at all times. This position is full time (32-40 hours), Monday to Friday or part time (20 hours).

Lead Teacher - Infant Immediate Opening
The Teacher will work as part of a teaching team with infants in the Warbler classroom to ensure high quality care and education. The right candidates will be high energy and have the ability to work well with others (staff, children, and parents) and to foster a team environment. They must clear a full background check and must pass health screening, be able to lift 30 lbs. and move freely around a typical classroom in order to safely supervise the children at all times. This position is full time (32-40 hours), Monday to Friday.

Two years of professional experience working with children in a classroom setting
Lead Teacher - Toddler Immediate Opening (6 month interim)
The Teacher will work as part of a teaching team with Toddler in the Bluebird classroom to ensure high quality care and education. The right candidates will be high energy and have the ability to work well with others (staff, children, and parents) and to foster a team environment. They must clear a full background check and must pass health screening, be able to lift 30 lbs. and move freely around a typical classroom in order to safely supervise the children at all times. This position is full time (32-40 hours), Monday to Friday.

The Teacher will work a split shift on Ephrata Area School District School Days in the Owl classrooms to ensure high quality care and enrichment. The right candidates will be high energy and have the ability to work well with others (staff, children, and parents) and to foster a team environment. They must clear a full background check and must pass health screening, be able to lift 30 lbs. and move freely around a typical classroom in order to safely supervise the children at all times. This position is split shift with morning and afternoon hours for the school year only. Summer positions are also available.

Substitute Assistant Teacher - Center Wide
The Substitute Assistant Teacher will work as part of a teaching team throughout the Center to ensure high quality care and education. The right candidates will be high energy and have the ability to work well with others (staff, children, and parents) and to foster a team environment. They must clear a full background check and must pass health screening, be able to lift 30 lbs. and move freely around a typical classroom in order to safely supervise the children at all times. This position is on-call at the discretion of the employee up to 32 hours per week. Hours are not guaranteed.
