Assistant Teacher - Preschool

​

The Assistant Teacher will work in classrooms for children ages 2.5 to 4 years old. The Teacher will build relationships with the students and their families to ensure the highest possible quality of care and education. The right candidates will be high energy and have the ability to work well with others (staff, children, and parents) and to foster a team environment. They must clear a full background check and must pass health screening, be able to lift 30 lbs. and move freely around a typical classroom in order to safely supervise the children at all times. The shift for this position is Full time, M-F.

Qualifications​​

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Child Development Certificate preferred 

• Two years of professional child care experience 

Assistant Teacher - Childcare (2)
 

The Childcare Assistant Teacher will work as part of a team to ensure safety and enrichment for infants and toddlers. Responsibilities may include supervision and implementation of activities indoors and outside as well as attending to personal care needs. The right candidates will be high energy and have the ability to work well with others (staff, children, and parents) and to foster a team environment. They must clear a full background check and must pass health screening, be able to lift 30 lbs. and move freely around a typical classroom in order to safely supervise the children at all times. The shift for this position is Part Time, W-F or Full Time M-F

Qualifications​

• High school diploma or GED and 2 years (2500 hours) of verified child care experience

• Child Development Certificate or AA degree for higher pay
