How to Participate in the EITC
A business may receive a tax credit up to 90% for Pre-K contributions.
Businesses currently approved for the EITC
If your business is already approved for the Education Improvement Tax Credit, please consider including Diamond Street Early Childhood Center as a beneficiary.
Businesses not currently approved for EITC
New business applications (Initial applicants or those submitting an additional application) may be submitted on July 1.

Businesses are eligible for EITC tax credits if they are authorized to do business in Pennsylvania and are subject to one or more of the following taxes:

Personal Income Tax

Capital Stock/Foreign Franchise Tax

Corporate Net Income Tax

Bank Shares Tax

Title Insurance & Trust Company Shares Tax

Insurance Premium Tax (excluding unauthorized, domestic/foreign marine)

Malt Beverage Tax
